Prospective new members and visitors are always welcome at the Jewish Community Centre (JCC). A free tour of our extensive facilities can be arranged by simply contacting our Reception in advance on (852) 2801 5440. Becoming a Member You can become a member of the JCC by joining one of the recognized Jewish congregations in Hong Kong or by becoming an Authorised user or Authorised person. Short-term Jewish visitors to Hong Kong may also use our facilities on a temporary basis. Joining a Congregation If you are a member of one of the congregations in Hong Kong recognized by the Incorporated Trustees of the Jewish Community of Hong Kong, you can become a member of the JCC.
The recognized congregations are: When you are accepted as a member by one of these congregations your details will be passed on to the JCC who will enter your name onto the Community Register. You will then be asked to complete a JCC Membership Application Form for yourself and family members. Everyone whose name appears on the Community Register may apply to become a member of The Jewish Community Centre Limited and is entitled to use all the facilities of the JCC. All new members are required to pay a one off entrance fee & to set up an autopay account with the JCC. All members will be charged a monthly subscription fee. Full details of fees are available on request. Overseas Jewish Visitors Temporary membership is available for Jewish visitors to Hong Kong. All visitors are required to become temporary members of the JCC. All visitors & non members are required to present thier passport or other valid identification on arrival & fully comply with security procedures in order to access the JCC. Persons who do not provide identification or fail to comply with security procedures will be denied entry to the JCC Being our temporary members, you are entitled to enjoy your meals at our two popular kosher restaurants, all under the supervision of a full-time Mashgiach. In addition, you may use the facilities of the JCC (except the health club) on a temporary basis. We look forward to welcoming you to the Jewish Community Centre here in Hong Kong!
